Natural Wanders offers small, curated, storytelling walks in nature that celebrate the diverse beauty and marvels of Cape Town. We have three walks that we offer – all with a focus on incredible scenery and fascinating stories, that strive to bring out the best Cape Town has to offer.
The award-winning Constantia Wine Walk is a wonderfully immersive journey through private vineyard trails, featuring world-class wines and food and delves into the golden age of Constantia wine.
The Mountain-to-Sea Adventure takes you on secret trails and shares the untold stories of Cape Town along the way. It showcases the wonderful natural diversity of Cape Town, starting in fynbos, going through forest to beach to rocky shore to the Sea Point Promenade. It ends with an e-scooter ride to finish off the four-hour experience and can also include a seaside picnic. The brand-new Franschhoek Wine Walk is a spectacularly scenic walk between three wine farms in the Franschhoek valley, featuring fantastic wine and ending with a sushi lunch.

It’s a 2 hour guided tour, starting at the Simonstown wharf/waterfront.
Meandering through the yachts, around the navy base and out to the penguins at Boulders beach. Yes, you can see them from the boardwalk, but it’s absolutely stunning viewing them in the water from a kayak – Kruger Park vs Joburg Zoo to be honest.
We’ll hang around with the penguins for a bit, swimming with penguins whizzing past optional (depends on the weather and if you’re keen) and start to make our way back through the shallows – My octopus teacher was filmed in these kelp forests, there is another selling point (thank me later). We end right back where we started at!
